Arm Sling (Soft Orthopedic Sling)

Upper limb, include arms, elbow, forearm, wrist and fingers. Upper limb is exposed to the various diseases and direct injury. If there is a shoulder or arm injury, or if you have had upper extremity surgery, doctor may require that you wear a sling to protect your arm as it heals. Arm Sling immobilizes the broken or surgically operated arm in the elbow flexion and shoulder neutral position. Even arm sling can be used in paralyzed arm to support weight of upper limb and also support shoulder from subluxation. Arm slings are designed for supporting the arm with a cast and provide supports the arm and distribute the weight across the back and shoulder.
