Forefoot pain & Gout

One of reason of forefoot pain is Gout. Gout is a form of arthritis caused by aggregation of uric acid within the body which is a waste product of metabolism. It is most prevalent in men between 40 and 60 years. Risk factors of gout disease include a diet high in some meats, seafood and alcohol. It is most common in the big toe, but may also be present in the heel, ankle, knee, elbow, wrist or fingers.
